You can start with an appetiser of local cured meats and cheese selection, a board of speck and goose salami, or, if you prefer, Swiss beef tartare, and then continue with homemade fresh pasta first courses | buckwheat tagliatelle and pappardelle | or polenta with mushrooms or gorgonzola.
For main courses, we offer a menu that satisfies even the most discerning palates: from fondue chinoise to slow-cooked donkey stew, from braised beef to ossobuco, all accompanied by polenta made with national grain. If you prefer grilled meat, you are spoilt for choice among rib-eye steak, fillet, luganiga sausage, spring chicken, picanha, tomahawk and spare ribs.
